Rejuvenate and enjoy – every day of the year
Our swimming pools and saunas invite you to relax and rejuvenate in the middle Helsinki. Choose from refreshing sea water or enjoy the pleasant 27-degree water – every day of the year. During the summer season, the youngest members of the family can enjoy a separate children’s pool.
Allas has a total of five saunas, three on the pool level and two in the main building. Our unique location offers the opportunity to enjoy the heat of a sauna in a magnificent maritime setting.

Single tickets are sold on site at the Allas Shop and in advance from our online store. Ticket sales end no later than 1 hour before closing, and the pools and saunas close no later than 20 minutes before closing.

Wellness class & swimming
On summer Fridays at the pool deck from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m
Wellness class & swimming
A guided yoga or Pilates class held at the pool level, alternating weekly. The class is suitable for everyone; no prior experience with yoga or Pilates is required. The classes are held in Finnish.
In addition to the guided class, the ticket includes one-time access to the pools and saunas.
If you already have an Allas Pool membership, monthly pass, or serial ticket, you can reserve your spot by emailing info@allaspool.fi. The price per class is €19.00 (note: members receive a 10% discount on courses and classes).

Our pool area offers great opportunities for different groups to spend time together. Whether it’s a company retreat or a relaxing evening with friends, you can enjoy the experiences offered by our pools and saunas while relaxing together.
Choose from a group booking for the pools and saunas, a private sauna or a convenient swimming ticket package.

Swimming courses
Adult swimming courses
Our selection includes swimming courses for both beginners and more advanced swimmers. The courses consist of 45-minute coached sessions, and thanks to small group sizes, participants receive individual feedback from our swimming coach.
The teaching language of the swimming courses is Finnish.
Children’s swimming courses
In children’s swimming courses, participants learn the basics of different swimming techniques as well as floating, gliding and diving. We organise children’s swimming courses during the summer season.
